If you do not agree, do not use our site or services. All services and information are subject to change without notice, and nothing is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of ZapRentCo.
1. Definitions
“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means ZapRentCo. “You”, “User”, “Customer” means any person using or interacting with this website or purchasing or renting appliances through us. “Services” refers to delivery, installation, rental, sales, repair, support, and any other offerings by ZapRentCo.
2. Use of the Website and Services
You agree to use this site and services only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
- Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with another entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers (including hacking, viruses, or denial-of-service)
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code or architecture of this site

- Loss of data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
- Damage to property or personal injury
- Any costs arising from repair, replacement, repossession, or service of appliances
Even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific product or service at issue, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).
This limitation of liability applies to claims arising from non-payment, repossession, equipment removal, eviction-related recovery, access to premises, or enforcement of these Terms.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company Parties from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the site or services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant under these Terms

ZapRentCo uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools, automated systems, and data processing technologies to help create, summarize, and display online content including product descriptions, blog articles, area pages, pricing details, and service information.

- Content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
- No AI or automated content constitutes a binding offer or guarantee
- All official pricing, policies, and commitments must be confirmed in writing

8. No Reliance Unless Confirmed in Writing
All content, prices, images, and listings on our website are for general information only and may contain inaccuracies. Nothing on this site is binding unless confirmed through a signed written agreement or direct written communication from an authorized ZapRentCo representative.
9. Payments, Orders & Cancellations
Payments, deposits, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are governed by the written agreement for the specific transaction. We reserve the right to deny or cancel orders without liability.
9A. Late Payments, Default & Non-Payment
Any payment not received within three (3) calendar days of the due date is considered late.
If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days of the due date, ZapRentCo may, without further notice:
- Terminate the rental or service agreement
- Require pickup and removal of all ZapRentCo-owned equipment within one (1) week
- Charge late fees, recovery fees, service fees, and administrative costs
- Deny future services
9B. Right of Entry, Eviction & Equipment Recovery
All appliances and equipment remain the sole property of ZapRentCo at all times.
In cases of non-payment, eviction, abandonment, lease termination, or loss of occupancy, you expressly authorize ZapRentCo to enter the premises, as permitted by law, to recover its property.
You waive any claims for trespass, interference, or damages arising from lawful recovery efforts. ZapRentCo is not responsible for damage to premises or personal property during reasonable removal.
9C. No Relocation, Sale, or Tampering
You may not move, sell, sublease, lend, disconnect, alter, or tamper with ZapRentCo equipment without prior written authorization. Equipment must remain at the approved service address.
Unauthorized movement or tampering constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination, repossession, and replacement charges.
9D. Abandoned Property Disclaimer
ZapRentCo is not responsible for personal property left on or near equipment. Any such property is deemed abandoned and may be disposed of without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on this site are the property of ZapRentCo or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Termination & Suspension
ZapRentCo may suspend or terminate access or services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized ZapRentCo representative.
14. Updates to These Terms
ZapRentCo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Questions or disputes must be submitted through our contact page. Only written responses from authorized ZapRentCo representatives are binding.
16. Waiver of Claims & Class Actions
You agree to bring claims solely in your individual capacity and waive participation in any class, collective, or representative action. You also waive the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief that would interfere with ZapRentCo’s enforcement or recovery rights.
ZapRentCo provides services, equipment, and information without warranties or guarantees beyond written agreements.
