Rental Term Overview
Most Zap Rent Co rental agreements begin with an initial six (6) month rental term. After the initial term is completed, rentals automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with the rental agreement.
Customers may request cancellation after the initial six-month term by providing the required notice. Month-to-month rentals may be canceled at any time with proper notice.
Maintenance Coverage
Zap Rent Co covers all standard maintenance and repairs on rental appliances for the full duration of the rental term, including the initial six-month period and any month-to-month extensions.
- Mechanical or electrical failures
- Normal operational issues
- Repairs required due to normal use
Maintenance coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, relocation without authorization, or unauthorized repairs.
Customers must contact Zap Rent Co directly for service requests. Third-party repairs are not permitted without prior written approval.
Refunds and Early Termination
Rental payments made during the initial six-month term are non-refundable. Early termination of the initial rental term may result in remaining rental payments becoming due.
After the initial six-month term, month-to-month rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.
Exchanges and Replacements
If a rental appliance becomes defective due to normal use, Zap Rent Co will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Returning Rental Units
All rental returns and pickups must be scheduled through Zap Rent Co. Appliances must not be moved, transported, or returned without authorization.
Customers are responsible for ensuring appliances remain accessible and in acceptable condition prior to pickup.
