General Questions
1. Why rent an appliance instead of buying one?
When you rent from us, you avoid large upfront costs, installation hassle, and repair bills. We deliver, install, and maintain the unit. If something fails, we repair or replace so your laundry keeps going.
2. What areas do you serve?
We cover Tucson and Southern Arizona, including Marana, Oro Valley, Vail, and Sahuarita. For addresses just outside these zones, contact us - we may still schedule service depending on route availability.
3. What is included under maintenance?
Our rental plans include diagnostics, parts, and labor for issues due to normal use. If a repair takes too long or parts are unavailable, we swap in another unit so you are not left without service.
4. How long is the rental agreement?
All plans start with a six-month commitment. After that, the agreement continues month to month. You can cancel or change packages once your initial term is complete.
5. Can I upgrade my rental during the agreement?
Yes. You can request an upgrade or change. We will schedule a swap and adjust your monthly rate accordingly.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards. Your billing method is stored securely and charged automatically each month.
Delivery and Installation Questions
7. Is delivery included?
Yes. All our rentals and sales within our service area include professional delivery and installation at no extra cost.
8. What if my home is difficult to access?
Let us know at the time of ordering. If there are stairs, narrow doorways, or tight turns, we’ll plan accordingly and bring the needed equipment.
9. Do I need to prepare anything before delivery?
Please clear a path to the installation area, ensure hookups are accessible, and remove any obstacles. If needed, we can remove your old appliance when we deliver your new one.
Rental-Specific Questions
10. What happens if my unit breaks?
Contact us immediately. We will repair or replace the unit. All repairs and parts are covered during the rental term.
11. Can I rent just a washer or dryer?
Yes. We offer single appliance rentals and full washer + dryer set rentals depending on your needs.
12. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Only the initial six months are required. After that, you have month-to-month flexibility with no penalties for canceling.
Sales and Warranty Questions
13. Do your sales include installation?
Yes. All new and used appliances sold in our delivery zones include complete installation and setup.
14. Can I buy a used or clearance appliance?
Yes. We sell used, refurbished, and scratch-and-dent units that are tested, cleaned, and backed by a limited support warranty.
15. Is an extended warranty available?
Yes. We offer extended protection plans beyond the standard warranty for an extra fee. These cover parts, labor, and service visits.
Service and Support Questions
16. How fast can you respond to service calls?
We strive for same-day or next business day response within our service areas. As a local provider, our Tucson team minimizes delays.
17. Can I move my appliance to a new address?
Yes. If you are moving within our service area, we can uninstall, relocate, and reinstall your appliance at the new address for a small service fee.
18. What if I live outside your service area?
Contact us to check availability. In some cases, we can accommodate outlying addresses or plan special delivery runs.
